When you order or write to us, we keep the details needed to pack the order, take payment, and reply: your name, address in Canada, email, phone if you give one, and what you bought.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for anything other than your order, your message, and the ordinary records a Canadian shop must keep.

Card details are handled by the payment provider at checkout. ZAAD does not store full card numbers on this site.
