If a piece arrives damaged, or it is not the piece you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace it or refund it.

Stone is natural. Two strands of the same name will differ in banding and tone. Leather shows the grain of the hide. That variation is the material, not a fault.

Returns for a change of mind are accepted within 14 days if the piece is unworn, unaltered, and in the packing it arrived in. Handmade pieces that have been worn or resized cannot be returned.

Write to us from the contact page with your order number and a photograph if the piece was damaged. We will send the return steps. Refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive the piece.
